What happens to what you send me.

This site is run by Tommy Adams of EntoDigital, based in the Netherlands. If you have any question about your data, email tommy@entodigital.io.

The contact form

When you use the form, I receive your email address and anything else you choose to fill in, such as your name, your organization type, your destination’s website, and your message. It arrives as an email in my inbox. The site does not store it in a database.

I use it only to reply to you and to continue the conversation you started. I don’t add you to a mailing list and I don’t share it with anyone. I keep the email for as long as we are in touch, and you can ask me to delete it at any time.

To stop spam, the site keeps a short-lived, anonymized counter of how many messages have come from your network in the past hour. It clears itself after an hour.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies.

The fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google’s servers to fetch them. Google’s own privacy policy covers that request.

Hosting

The site is hosted by Hostinger. Like any web host, their servers keep standard access logs, such as IP address and pages requested, for security and operation.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to see, correct, or delete the information I hold about you, or object to how it is used. Email me and I’ll handle it personally. You can also complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
